Thanks for this analysis. I think this bug should be reported to
upstream ...

But could you first try, whether the exact same problem occurs if you
build pocl from the pristine upstream tarball with the default
configuration options and run the tests there? Just to make sure it is
not caused^Wuncovered by my configuration settings and patches.
This will be a the equivalent of a -march=native build for your hardware ...
