[Pkg-opencl-devel] PyOpenCL moved to group

Hello.
Some time ago I asked Salsa admins to move PyOpenCL package
repository to group. It was done.
Now PyOpenCL can be group-maintained. I know that it should
be obvious by move to group, but (reading debian-devel@
discussions ;-) ) I wanted to state it.

I haven't yet changed Vcs-* and Maintaner fields in d/control.
Feel free to do so.

There are few opened bugs (most urgent is FTBFS #893050, which most
probably is result of building documentation and might be related
to DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS - but I haven't investigated it yet).
