[Pkg-opencl-devel] Bug#899098: libclc-dev: libclc.pc is missing final newline

The file /usr/share/pkgconfig/libclc.pc is missing a final newline,
which the attached patch should fix.  Tried to send it upstream, but
they rejected my mail without explanation, and I am not really
interested in subscribing to their mailing list.  So please forward the
patch.
