[Pkg-opencl-devel] move ocl-icd to opencl-team maintenance?

Hi Andreas, Vincent,

I am still in the mailing list. I checked and didn't see anything we 
could have added.
The last maintenance update from Khronos was documentation fixes and 
some constants in the headers.

So, from my point of view, the loader is up to date.
