[Pkg-opencl-devel] Bug#922053: libpocl1-common is "arch: all" but embeds arch specific bytecode file

pocl is not working 100% fine on i386 because libpocl1-common
contains only a bytecode file for amd64 but libpocl1-common is
"arch: all" and thus shared among all architectures.
The bytecode file should be moved to libpocl1 instead.
