[Pkg-opencl-devel] PyOpenCL git workflow

Hello.

I'm working on Py* packaging. I'm thinking about moving to DEP-14
and/or gpb process. I'm almost convinced to move to DEP-14 (I've seen
that many OpenCL packages follow it) but not yet ready to move to gpb.
I don't fully get it yet; also, it assumes TAR and as upstream embeds
Boost in TAR and uses git submodules, I cannot use neither pure TAR
nor pure upstream git. In the next 2-3 weeks I'll be experimenting
a bit.

I won't push any gpb-related changes until I'm fully ready. But
I intend to push debian/master branch, and all tags I'll be creating
since now will be debian/VERSION, not just VERSION. At the same time,
I don't want to recreate all existing tags.

No need to do anything by other members of team but I want to inform
you just in case anyone want to to upload. In such a case please write
so I won't push anything until it's resolved.

Best regards.
