OpenCL fails to initiate (and any program using it). For example, clinfo shows this:

: CommandLine Error: Option 'polly' registered more than once!
LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options

I am using AMD Kaveri APU (R7 graphics) with AMDGPU.
