That's kernel/test_rotate hanging.

I can now reproduce this locally, too.
Seems to be dependent on the Host CPU.
Yours is the same as mine:
>  Default target: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
>  Host CPU: skylake-avx512

This does not happen with newer llvm ... only llvm-9
But it still happens without the hardening flags that I had enabled
recently ...
And it does not happen with pocl 1.5, so let me bisect...
