[Pkg-opencl-devel] new pyopencl upstream releases

Hi,

I've imported the new upstream releases and pushed them to experimental. 
This does not look like bugfixes useful for bullseye, so I'll not 
further pursue this for now.
There are a few new examples under CC BY-NC-SA and Cecill v2, not sure 
if they are dfsg-free. (And therefore are no upstream and pristine-tar 
branch + tags pushed, yet)
