[Pkg-opencl-devel] Bug#997908: pocl: Assertion `td->printf_buffer != NULL' failed on armel/armhf

libgpuarray and theano are now using POCL_DEVICES=basic as a workaround 
for this.

libgpuarray also runs ulimit (and tries and fails to run clinfo) as a 
test for this bug:
