[Pkg-opencl-devel] Updating the Intel OpenCL stack

Hi Timo,

can you look into updating the Intel OpenCL stack to the latest upstream 
versions (and verify that it works on your hardware) while continuing to 
use llvm-11?
According to the upstream tickets these versions might support llvm-14,
but I'd like to test the compiler switch in experimental first ... and I 
prefer to not switch both upstream version and compiler at the same time 
as it makes it much harder to chase bugs ;-)
