[Pkg-opencl-devel] intel-vc-intrinsics and building with several llvm versions

So in order to test igc2/compute-runtime builds with something newer 
than llvm-14, we'd need intel-vc-intrinsics built with a matching llvm. 
But it doesn't come with handy upstream versions like 
spirv-llvm-translator, so the source package versioning would have to 
use something like '0.22.0+llvmNN' or such. Opinions?
