[Pkg-opencl-devel] Bug#1147226: backport to trixie-backports

Hi,

With the LLVM / Clang 21 being a part of trixie-backports it would be
nice to also be able to use them to build Mesa. Would you please provide
a backport of the SPIR-V LLVM translator?
