Er, what lintian warning are you expecting to fix with this? From a
packaging standpoint, it is *completely* irrelevant whether files under
the debian/ tree are marked as executable in svn, because they're all in the
Debian diff and unified diff format does not contain file permission
information.
If this is a "script not marked as executable" error in the *binary*
package, then the debian/rules need to be fixed so that it *installs* the
scripts as executables. If it's a different lintian warning, then I don't
know what it is.
