I highly recommend against releasing etch with 2.2.  The sooner that we
can get moving towards 2.3, the better.

What's in the repository right now is 2.3.11, so at the least we need to
update it to 2.3.17 or possibly 2.3.18 (I can check with upstream on which
is recommended).  There's a DoS attack that was just discovered that we
want to be sure to pick up the fix for.
