If there are no objections, I'd like to push this fix to unstable shortly as
2.1.30-13.

After that, I'm going to see what it takes to get the current GNUTLS support
forward-ported to 2.3.20, and we can decide whether dropping libldap2 is
worth the reduced functionality in slapd (SASL external, certificate chain
verification).
