Ok, I am on Linuxtag and get helped by a few developers here. And
actually I think I fixed the upgrade procedure.

I hope this can be tested so we can get a new version of OpenLDAP into
the Debian archive. I will test it myself with a few other directories
too (the largest directory I have is around 10.000 entries)

Please test, and report the bugs in the upgrade scripts.
