At this point in time:

(a) Symas has agreed to do the work, and is ready to begin
(b) The GnuTLS author has agreed to accept the work done by Symas and 
integrate it.
(c) The Written Word has agreed to match the funds put forth by Stanford 
University

Now everyone is waiting for me to write up a finalized proposal for my 
executive director (who has given verbal approval to the project) so that 
Stanford will move forward with its portion of the funding.  I plan to have 
that proposal finished this week.
