[Pkg-openldap-devel] openldap2.3 override disparity

Please change the override for libldap-2.3-0 to optional instead of
important.  The only reverse-dependencies of libldap-2.3-0 at present are
slapd and ldap-utils; there's no reason users should have this library
installed on their systems otherwise.  (the ldap lib that everything else
depends on is still libldap2 for etch.)
