[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#281449: pdns-ldap-backend depends on slapd; slapd starts after pdns

This bug about startup ordering with pdns was linked to another bug
against pdns (#281330) which has since been closed.  Matthijs, does that
mean that pdns now copes with starting before LDAP and slapd no longer has
to worry about changing its start ordering?  If so, we should close this
bug.
