I can do an upload at any time; I'm just not at all confident in my
ability to test.  :/  Running the test suite is a good idea, but running
it as part of the build process at this stage in the release cycle isn't.
I can try building outside a chroot, running the test suite manually, and
then rebuilding with pbuilder and uploading the result as long as it's
installable, if that sounds okay to you.  More than that, I don't have the
time immediately to work out a better testing system.
