Please do not silently reassign bugs without explanation.  In this case,
your bug reassignment is wrong; but it takes more time for someone to
understand this when no explanation for the reassignment is provided.

As it happens, this bug is no longer relevant at all because Debian is not
currently shipping a slapd -dev package; so the correct action here is
simply to close it.  It's in any case not a bug in libldap2-dev, which has
no backend-related header files at all.
