Ok.  As there has been no other feedback, I think we should go ahead with
uploading what's present in svn to unstable (sending out a request for
translations in parallel).  I've incorporated the results of the last round
of discussion for the recently added syncrepl template, so I don't know of
any other outstanding blockers for the unstable upload.

If anyone sees another blocker that I've overlooked, please speak up;
otherwise I hope to upload 2.4.7-1 on Monday (European time).

I think it's fair to just blame me for not having my act together in a
timely manner.

PS, I'd be happy to have two spaces after the periods too, but thought that
was one issue not worth going to the mat over. ;)
