The final version of the patch makes the additional check optional, 
conditioned on the presence of the "proxycheckcacheability TRUE" 
directive (olcProxyCheckCacheability attribute in back-config).  This 
allows proxies with well-configured schema to avoid the overhead related 
to double-filtering.
