[Pkg-openldap-devel] Enable nss-slapd to be built

When building OpenLDAP from the same tree for different architectures, the
next build after changing the latter (e.g., x86 to amd64) fails because the
previous build did not clean the nssov temporary build files... particularly
libraries which confuses the linker. As a temporary solution, I modified
the Ubuntu nssov-build patch to add a "clean" target to the nssov makefile
which gets called by the "all" target, but ideally the rules script should
probably handle this... either by calling the nssov makefile "clean" target
or manually removing the temporary build files.
