[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#518170: slapd: Upgrading fails due to not creating syncrepl db directory.

When syncrepl is configured and a accesslog db stated in the config, the accesslog directory is not recreated. This causes a 
failure on the load of the db due to the directory not existing. This then produces a failure on the start because the 
directory does not exist but is configured in the slapd.conf. 
Upgrading fails due to the above and leaves the package in an incomplete state.
