And I think I speak for the whole team when I say that I'm grateful for your
added help - I'm just pointing out that filing bugs that echo lintian
warnings when the fixes are obvious isn't actually a net win. :)

Do you mean bug #517556?  There's been no reaction from me because the patch
is complicated and requires closer review than some of the others, but I'm
very happy that you've identified the problem and provided a patch - it will
just take a little longer to get applied than some others due to the
complexity.

I think the items Russ listed in the RFH bug are the the most important, and
particularly triaging of bugs and testing.  (The cn=config issue is not one
that will benefit from added attention from new contributors right now, I
think, because there is already a patch implementing a transition to
cn=config that needs to be evaluated and merged.)
