[Pkg-openldap-devel] Problem with slapd_2.4.11-1_i386.deb in debian lenny

Hello that isn't necessesarily a problem with slapd..

It is a problem with the debian package, or your apt setup more likely..

I didn't have this problem when installing slapd on 4 lenny machines.

Your apt is probably broken

try apt-get -f install or similar, then perhaps apt-get remove ldap* slapd* ,
and try installing it again (should keep your config files, but please
backup)

try turning debug on or strace apt-get install slapd so we can see what halts
the install.

it is more likely a debian support problem I think :)

Also, it would certainly make more sense to set your locales to English when
asking for help
