[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#595784: slapd.postinst fails with include "/etc/ldap/slapd.access"

When upgrading slapd, slapd.postinst choked on an include option in the
/etc/ldap/slapd.conf file with the argument in double quotes. Removing the
quotes allowed the postinst script to finish without error.

The AWK script in the postinst script probably needs some more work.
