[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#645192: the slapd-config live database lives under /etc

This bug applies to all versions of slapd using the slapd-config
(cn=config) configuration method.

The live slapd-config LDIF-type database currently resides under
/etc/ldap/slapd.d.  Can we change it to something like /var/lib/slapd?
Although it *does* consist of configuration material it is also a live
database that people always think they can hand-edit due to it being
under /etc.
