[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#709472: Nobody wants this

I reported this before (#596100) twice (#596777). I don't know why 2 and
I'm not going to bother to read all the way through to find out..

The maintainer told me, and whoever else chimed in, that they weren't going
to do anything about it.

Apparently nobody (#625743) wants (#641165) this (#709472). Having a
package's installation script break the entire package management system
until its selfish demands are appeased because it *successfully applied* an
option it itself offered is a Feature, Not A Bug.
