[Pkg-openldap-devel] Removed myself from Uploaders for openldap

Hello folks,

I haven't had time to help with the Debian OpenLDAP packages in eons, and
realistically this isn't going to change in the near future.  I've finally
gone ahead and removed myself from Uploaders for whenever the next version
is uploaded so that it will more accurately reflect the current maintainer
team.

I'm also going to unsubscribe from the list.  Best of luck with future
package maintenance.  Hopefully someone will get inspired to dive in and
pick up primary maintenance, since we've been short-handed for quite a
long time.
