[Pkg-openldap-devel] Welcome new team member, Ryan Tandy

Hi all,

Please give a warm welcome to the newest pkg-openldap committer, Ryan Tandy.

Ryan has been helping to triage bugs on the openldap package for some time
now, as you've probably seen, and should not be slowed down from
contributing by old timers like me holding up his patches in the BTS. :)
