[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#742862: upgrade to 2.4.39-1 breaks slapd

Version: 2.4.31-1+nmu2+b1

slapd does not start after upgrade to 2.4.39-1, going back to
2.4.21-1+nmu2+b1 does not help either, I had to switch back to restore
previous /var/lib/ldap and /etc/ldap

In the logs I get :
