[Pkg-openldap-devel] RFC: introducing slapd-contrib binary package

Hi everyone,

In the list of open bugs I see several requests to include different
contrib modules in the slapd package: #746727, #701111, #592362,
#358829, maybe others I missed. Besides those, autogroup, nssov, and
smbk5pwd are already packaged.

I'm thinking about introducing a new binary package containing all the
contrib modules (or at least all the ones that are easy to package).
There are plenty of precedents for that:

What do you think about this idea?

Assuming such a package were to be added, should smbk5pwd become part of
it, or remain in its own package? How about other contrib modules that
bring additional Depends? (pw-radius, ??)
