Thanks for reporting this bug, several years ago. I'm sorry it hasn't
had an answer until now.

seems to me that your database was probably already corrupted somehow
when you did the upgrade.

Do you still experience this bug in more recent releases, or can you
provide more information about the configuration that led to it?
