Hello,

Now I am really confused, as I am failing in my attempts to reproduce the
problem. i.e. setting  ppolicy_default  to a value that doesn't exist seems
to work. For both openldap in squeeze and wheezy.

I spent ages on this previously :-(

Please close this bug report. If I can reproduce it again, I will reopen it.
