I saw some reactions to your last ping, great.
I think it's fair to assume that at this point we have received all the 
translations from active teams, and waiting anymore would not gain us much. 

Can you please finalize any pending commits and let me know when you are ok 
for -3? Due to external constraints[0], I think that my first timeslot to 
review/build/upload will be Tue/Wed next week.
