[Pkg-openldap-devel] please give back openldap on armhf

Hi,

Please give back openldap 2.4.40-3 on armhf. There were no code changes 
in this upload, only debconf messages, and it has succeeded on every 
other arch.

This is suspiciously similar to the failure of 2.4.40-2 on mipsel: the 
same test failed, but for a different backend, and again only on a 
single arch. Going forward I will see whether that test can be made a 
bit less fragile; meanwhile, apologies for the inconvenience.
