[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#821331: slapd: sets both olcRootPW and admin's userPassword

The initial setup of slapd sets the admin password twice: once as 
olcRootPw on the data db, and again as userPassword on the admin entry. 
The problem with this is that users might change one or the other of 
these and not realize that the other still exists with the old value.
