[Pkg-openldap-devel] Bug#815571: slapd: init script may not create /var/run/slapd

If olcPidFile is changed to a location outside of /var/run/slapd, then 
nothing creates /var/run/slapd, so if it doesn't already exist (as is 
likely after rebooting, with /run on tmpfs), then binding the ldapi 
socket fails.
