I know an upload to unstable is long overdue...

The remaining sticky point is:

Looking at config_check_my_url[1]: I think it's safe to copy the first 
part (straight compare of listener strings), but I'm less confident 
about getting into URL parsing, and some corner cases are inevitable. 
For those, I have to decide whether it's worth going as far as prompting 
for a ServerID, or just giving up and providing some kind of guidance 
about how to "touch" the ppolicy schema to get it replicated once slapd 
is running again. Probably the latter.
