I have not seen this failure. I know we have a few flaky tests (fewer in 
stretch, hopefully), but this isn't usually one of them. I'm not sure 
what to suggest, beyond perhaps running the build on a porterbox - but 
that really shouldn't be necessary!

A bdb failure is certainly not related to the new patch, since it only 
touches the mdb backend.

The slapd data and logs from a failed test are left in the tests/testrun 
directory. If the failure is consistent and blocking the upload, the 
contents of that directory along with the build log would be needed to 
debug it.
