[Pkg-openldap-devel] please give back openldap on mips

Please retry openldap 2.4.46+dfsg-5 on mips.

Make is buffering the testsuite output for an entire backend at a time 
and this one timed out while an instance was still running.

I'm not sure why make is doing that as the testsuite is not parallel and 
dh is clearly calling it with -Oline. I still need to dig into that and 
fix it.

However previous builds of the same source did pass (ignoring -3 which 
was broken and failed everywhere) and so I'd appreciate giving this one 
another chance.
