2.4.47+dfsg-2 has built successfully on both kfreebsd-i386 and kfreebsd-amd64. I don't see an obvious reason for that: there were no relevant code changes, kamp is still running the same kernel, and none of the updated dependency packages look important. I'll be interested to see what happens with the next upload.
