Removal of libnss-ldap? (in favor of libnss-ldapd/libnss-sss)

My current focus is on packages that provide NSS services.

That said, I noticed the state of libpam-ldap and filed a bug asking the 
maintainer to consider dropping it: https://bugs.debian.org/1016116

Once I'll be done with the cleanup of the NSS-releated packages I'll 
probably get to libpam-ldap as well. But please feel free to ask the FTP 
masters for its removal without waiting for me. :)
