Bug#1104574: slapd: preinst uses adduser without Pre-Depend-ing on it

Your package has a preinst maintainer script, calling adduser. At the same
time, your package Depends: adduser, but does not Pre-Depends: adduser.

Currently there is no observable impact of this, but this 
combination is ill-defined, and your package may in the future fail 
to install.

Please either Pre-Depend on adduser, or you may also consider 
replacing adduser with a sysusers fragment, see
https://manpages.debian.org/unstable/debhelper/dh_installsysusers.1.en.html
