Absence of AutoCA overlay

Originally the reason was that it only supports OpenSSL, and couldn't be 
included as long as the package was built using GnuTLS.

However, since we now use OpenSSL, there is no reason, just that I 
forgot to add it when we switched.

Could you please file a wishlist bug to track this? I need to upload 
2.6.13 soon, I'll try to include autoca at the same time.
