Bug#1131044: slapd: slapo-autoca overlay missing from package

Package: slapd
Version: 2.6.10+dfsg-0ubuntu0.24.04.1
Severity: wishlist

Since OpenLDAP now uses OpenSSL instead of GnuTLS there's no reason for
slapo-autoca to not be compiled with the package.
