[pkg-opensc-maint] Bug#835029: opensc-pkcs11: provide configuration for p11-kit

it'd be nice if opensc provided a configuration for p11-kit, allowing
things to work out of the box.  Fedora ships this:
It should be installed in /usr/share/p11-kit/modules.
